Relaxing in the natural state or the state of Tao and be One with nature is the ultimate path to freedom.
To be able to do that: First You need to be introduce on what is the natural state and experience it. Have a concrete understanding and experience that every thing is empty of origin, the vast expand of dharmakaya. Recognizing dharmakaya is when you become aware of the vast emptiness, spaciousness of the mind. When you accept and recognize it, the direct introduction from a qualified teacher is done. One must learn how to relax the mind without distraction and concentration, within the spaces of silence the natural state manifest itself. Once the natural state is recognize there is nothing else to do than just relax remainning in the state without distraction and concentartion. In Dzogchen this is the series of Semde that work at the mind level. Second When you see your own mind awareness it encompass all field of experiences, there is no more sense of good or bad. When you are in the natural state no thought can be present. The only thing that is permanent is the natural state, the mind awareness. Every thing else is impermanent and changes from one color to an other, from one experience to an other. When you recognize this state in all type of sensations /feelings, visions from the mind clarity and experiences of void then you know this is it, there are no more doubts about what it is to be like a Buddha, Christ.... , what is your natural or the Tao. In Dzogchen this is the series of space, going beyond any doubts with the practices of Longde. In this series we are holding special positions and energy point with a special gazing. With the combination of the 3 one just relax and experience its true nature... Third At this point where no more doubts are present you just need to develop the natural awereness of state in all actions of life from day to night. In Dzogchen this is the secret series with the practices of Thogal that work with the light as a secondery cause, Trekchod that cut trought all and Yangti that use the dark as a secondery cause. T Those practices help to devellop the capacity to integrate diverse experiences and can bring toward the rainbow body or the great transfer. Once you remain in the natural state fully relax in nature the inner alchemy and rejuvenation of all your cells take place without any effort. From that point so much mysteries can be revealed without seeking them. This is what the Grace of Being teaching is all about. Here I use the term Dzogchen the great perfection . This great perfection is found in many traditions. It is possible that at some point I will introduce the students to methods that are more from the Ati Yoga or from the Essenes or from the Taoist or from the Siddhas or Rishis tradition. What is important is that all link together and that one does not get lost in diverses views. The view must be the same because it is the starting point the way to express the view in a different color like in a more Buddhist, Christian or Taoist way... does not matter, it is just a matter of culture or tradition that use diverses terminology. But the view must be the same or it will bring more confusion. Without the view no path is possible. E MA HO Budhanath, Nepal November 29 2019

One of this century's greatest Dzogchen masters was Tulku Urgyen that i meet during my first visit to Nepal with my root teacher/master Namkhai Norbu Rimpoche in 1993.
After receiving teaching and being in the presence of Tulku Urgyen, while staying near Buddhanath stupa, I felt a call to hike in the hills beyond the stupa . At that time it was all country side area, very different from now. I started to walk and felt that Tulku Urgyen was guiding me to his place, at that time I had no idea where it was, perhaps some place in the mountains. After a couple hours or more, i do not remember, i arrive to a village with a small temple. I ask a monk : is this Tulku Urgyen place, he said yes. I stayed in total surrender not putting my mind into action, just remaining aware. Mind would have say lets ask for his house and see if i can meet him physically. But I knew this was not wright, he guides me up to here so it must be a good reason. I walk directly to the small temple (Gompa ) opened the door, pay homage then sit assuming the lotus position in front of the shrine and remained there letting myself be infuse by Tulku Urgyen blessings, presence. He was not there physically, any way in the same room but it was like he was. This was so powerful for me, his blessings and the transmission he gives me at the time remains with me even today. Thank you . Bless Be Tulku Urgyen Rimpoche wrote From his book titled As It Is, volume 2, pages 168 and 169: A student asks: Can there be thinking during Rigpa (Buddha Mind). Rinpoche: "It is essential to resolve the fact that there is no namtog (thought) whatsoever in the state of rigpa; it is impossible..... I cannot emphasize this enough - there is no thought during the state of rigpa!" From the book Rainbow Painting: "When there are no thoughts whatsoever, then you are a Buddha" "Thinking only begins after marigpa (ignorance) sets in, at the loss of rigpa. During the non distraction of rigpa, no thought can begin. I cannot emphasize this enough —there is no thought during the state of rigpa!" "Honestly, there is nothing more amazing than this recognition of rigpa in which no thought can remain." Tulku Urgyen |
