My journeys to Wudang Shan

 I would like to share some pictures from my times in Wudang shan where i have been 4 times to study in 11 years, hope I can return soon.
Wudang shan is the birth place of tai ji where the great Zhang Sanfeng create Tai Ji quan. Wudang kung fu is very complete and includes all aspect of Taoism.
Thank you to my 3 teachers in Wudang Shan : Master Yuan Xiu Gang, Master Gu and Master Chen Shiyu.
Before that I studied Tao arts like Yang , Chen Tai chi, Nei dang, Qi gong since 1989 where I started in Vancouver Canada with Sam Masich and then Andrea Falk, after that I did many workshop and short term study with other great Masters such as Master Chen Xioawan, Master Wang Bo and family... Thank you to all for the teachings you have transmit me.
It is so important to have good teachers in what ever field you study.
