Clear Light Tantra Yoga - Cacao ceremony - Tao contact dance - Satsang - Sacred meal
Morning start 9 am
- Opening circle with Tea
- Shakti yoga series : a very dynamic series with special breathing to awaken our energy / shakti, helps us to go beyond the limitation of the body up to when you are energy.
mid day pause 1 hour: It is recommended to not eat
Afternoon
Preparing and Opening the Light circle
Cacao ceremony : help to open the heart essence of our Being
- Chant, prayer, silence
Introduction and initiation to Tao contact dance
We prepare ourselves with some Qi Gong and tai chi fondation and practice.
Then move into 2 person Tai Chi learning how to maintain contact through the mouvement of the Yin and the yang.
Then we will start to experiment some free Tao contact dance .
We will finish the day with a sacred vegan meal where every one brings and share vegan food.

Time: 9 am to 5 pm
Subjected donation 50 Euros include the cacao ceremony.
