The Art of Nurturing Life
The Art of Nurturing Life starts when we have already gained some knowledge about ourselves - about how our body, energy, and mind functions. We have developed enough awareness to see and recognize what our problems are and what causes all the aspects of suffering. We can recognize our deficiencies and how we compensate and cover up those deficiencies with things that do not ultimately help us - these "band-aids" may calm or make us feel good in the short term, but the root of the problem remains.
For example you may start to feel an emotion so you go to get some food. This is an example of compensation, you are running away by eating so like this you feel more at peace but this is an illusory peace that will continue to self generate unless stop running away from the cause of the emotion and look into it by asking - "What in my being needs more attention?" This is an example of taking the time to really nurture and understand your being. Through this process you will see what organ and element the emotion is connected to, and then you will have the knowledge of what element in you is imbalanced and what you need to nurture.
This helps us to develop our independence. When body, energy, and mind are fully nurtured then there is no more seeking for anything - one is fully satisfied - one is in harmony with Oneself and all Life.
So here the Art of Nurturing Life is very much connected to how we related to the five elements inside of us and what they are connecting to and the elements of Nature.
Creation is made out of Sound, Light, & Rays. Before forming the physical body through the Sound, Light, and Rays emanating from the source, elements are created - and each element will create a body. This is the process of materialization. When something dies, the elements will dissolve into each other to go back to the original light.
Nurturing life is also about having the knowledge of how those elements are creating Life and how to departure from this physical body, and how to transform the physical body into Light.
The methods of Nurturing Life can be associated to different types of arts - many of them artistic - like music, dance, painting, any arts - and how we relate with ourselves and Nature.
It is also related to relaxing in Nature, and just being in the moment - with the five sense relaxed, not shut down.
We can really nurture Life by arriving at a point where we can express naturally the language of our body, energy and mind - where all becomes a very fluid dance like the water running down in the river - no resistance.
It is the pure expression of the Heart and Soul.
