General Idea of Daily Schedule
- 5.30 am to 7.30 or earlier depending on season and location. The day will start before sunrise with sitting in silence then with the practice of sun gazing . Opening the body, purifying, energizing and nurturing all our being with Dragon Buddha Yoga and/or Tsa lung Thigle practice,
- 7.30 to 8.00 : Tea/ drink pause
- 8.00 to 9.00 :Tao state and Tai ji class and practice.
- 9 am to 11 am: Dzogchen teaching and practice .

11 to 11.30 am: Tsa lung thigle yoga and silence.
- Noon : lunch in silence with a vegan meal.
- 1 pm to 4 pm: time to relax and be in silence with yourself ( Mona, no talking)
- 4 pm to 6 pm : Open teachings and practice
In some practices we will learn about the power of sound and vibration, body positions for meditation, the function of the eyes and gazing. The quantum way to eliminate obstacles and negativities... and much more depending on the group.
- 6 pm to 7 pm : Tsa Lung Thigle practice and silence sitting
- 7 pm : Supper with a vegan meal .
- 8 pm to 9.30 pm: Satsang and sacred circle dance ...
From 9.30 Silence
The rest of the evening is spent in silence for better integration of what has been learned and experienced. You continue the night with the yoga of sleep.
The schedule will be different if the retreat is done in private. In private retreat you will spend 3 to 4 hours per day with Dhaya Dorje where you will receive instructions and daily schedule for your personal practice.
