Ati Yoga / Dzogchen
During the period I was starting Tao practices in the early '90s I had a chance to receive direct introduction from Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche in Vancouver, BC. From that moment I commit totally, all my being, to his teachings. I traveled to many places - to many of his different retreats and teachings. My first time in Nepal and India was while he was giving a retreat in these places - this was around '92 or '93. At that point I did my first personal retreat in Malatika Cave, Nepal...After some time I recognized Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche to be my root guru.
Since that time I have been going between east and west with so many adventures, retreats...going deeper...regaining knowledge...doing service...teaching...meeting with great masters...Two of them have really touched me - Urgyen Tendzin Rinpoche and Yangthang Rinpoche.
