Yoga is not about trying to understand teaching, sacred scriptures, debating, philosophy....it is about experimenting within, letting go the mind, applying methods and experience them within.
Only like this you can gain True knowledge and go beyond doubts and questions. You can know only what you experience. the rest is just your imagination. Yoga is a science to expend the dimension of what you are. True Yoga as nothing to do with postures that requires to be very flexible, the diverses postures or asanas are only there to maintain some openness in the body and to guide the prana in a certain ways so you can be more relax and create the space within to experience who you are and how your body, energy, mind fonction. When you have an understanding based on the experience of it, then only you have true knowledge. True Yoga brings you to face yourself, to recognize your boundaries and limitations of all sorts, only when those boundaries, limitations are gone one can experience true joy, bliss, ecstasy and be free. It is so because your essence has no boundaries, no limitation it is pure, clear and spacious since the beginning. Sat Nam Dhaya Dorje October 29. 2019 , South of France

Today many people are very good talker presenting many points, ideas.
Every one is trying to present their own theories but are they really making a change in life by working into the body transformation, letting the Divine consciousness animate each cells of their physical matter the body. Most of the time no. They stay at the mind level. Then the liberation will be only trough the mind and not within the energy and then the physical body. Only if one let the supra consciousness to be awakened within each atom of the physical body one can help planetary transformation. Of course this is not easy but this is what is asked today. This process have been proven by many great Saints , Yogis that have transformed the physical matter into light. Even in this process we have diverses levels of achievements from the rainbow body at the time of death where each elements dissolves into the Light essence of the element during the death process, note that many yogis have achieved this. Then we have the transformation of the physical matter into light during one life time, very few have realized this. This approach is what have animated my studies, research and practice up to today. This is the path I teach in the Grace of Being retreats. Bless Be. Dhaya Dorje on October 20, 2019 I really found similarity with my way of life and this text. This is why I like to share it with you this say that wrote :
MAHASIDDHA SARAHA On Yogic Conduct. Behold! Yogis who abide in the immutable nature of nonduality possess not the least desire for accepting or rejecting. Since I neither hold nor discard anything, there is nothing I would tell you, my sons, to do. Just as the "holy grail" (mani) of the mind has no objective substantiality, so the conduct of a yogi is a life devoid of external trappings. Even though we talk of various ways of behaviour, the yogi acts directly out of his perception. And since that is not determined [by external rules or conditions], the yogis conduct is completely free and unconditioned. Like an innocent child, or a crazy person without premeditation, so one should act. Wonderful! Mind is like a lotus, growing up out of the mud of Samsara! How ever many are the defilements, it remains unstained. Let food and drink, sensual pleasures, or the afflictions of mind and body, be just as they are. Whatever occurs, there is nothing to do or liberate. In the State of Realization's spontaneous display of conduct, upon witnessing the suffering of worldly beings, tears of overwhelming compassion naturally flow forth. Taking on their suffering and giving in return one's own well-being, thus one engages in healing others for their sake. Examining what is, one finds that reality is free from the three constructs of subject, object and medium. Worldly existence is unreal; it is like a dream or a magical illusion. Free of attachment and aversion, the yogi experiences a pure joy devoid of sorrow, and acts like a master of illusion putting on a performance. **The Mahamudra Dohakosa |
