believe in your inner power..

4 years ago in Nepal when all was so different free of traveling, free to be together.
Why so little numbers of people do not believe in their inner powers ?
Your health is in your hands and does not depends on outer substances.
What you eat what is injected in you make what you are and what you will become.
Please take your life in hand and be a responsible Human.
What I see now at this speed is that
slowly but surely human race is transmuting toward an other race that will become nothing of an Human.
Please if you are not taking your life in hand it is not to late to start.
If you are sovereign of yourself please keep it together and have the strength to maintain your sovereignty , times are going to be harder for some time.
