the clear light is always there...

Even in the deepest darkness the clear light is present.
How can it reveal itself?
You need to be one with the darkness,
Relaxing into the awake presence
Going beyond any control just surrender.
Like this you can give space to your primordial condition or Clear Light to reveal itself.
The clear Light is always there maybe you are just not aware of it.
Many methods for recognizing/experimenting your primordial condition or Clear Light are available and can be transmitted by a suitable teacher that can also point out to you what is your primordial condition.
In Dzogchen this is the first statement of Garab Dorje, direct introduction.
